What You'll Get
Intentional Design
NTN events are known for their intentional and practical design. Each session is thoughtfully created and facilitated, connecting the theme and learning across the three days. You get to choose your pathway to best suit your needs.
Practical Strategies
You will walk away with practical strategies and tools to put in place immediately when you are back on campus. We’ll pull back the curtain for you so you understand how we designed the experience.
Meaningful Connection
This intimate experience allows for connection and collaboration throughout the three days. Even our welcome reception on the first day helps you engage with others in a way that fosters community.
Time for You
We don’t over plan the event. We provide plenty of time for you to reset yourself, reflect on your learning and leadership, and enjoy the company of other school leaders.
What You’ll Do
Anchor in the theme - Use your own personal experiences and those of your school community to connect to the theme.
Apply what you’ve learned - Engage in text discussions, investigate your own leadership style, challenge your assumptions, and practice scenarios to help you refine your skills.
Add to your learning - Through shared reading and guided activities, you’ll add the latest NTN tools and resources to your toolbox.
Take Away - Work with your team and NTN staff to help design yourafter actionplan. Leave with a clear plan and new connections!
